Accessibility Statement
Effective 2026-10-08
We want Bloomly and the websites we build to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or voice control.
Our goal
We design and test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. In practice, that means:
- readable text contrast in light and dark mode;
- labels on buttons and form fields;
- everything usable with a keyboard;
- layouts that work on phones and when zoomed;
- respecting your device's reduced-motion setting.
Where we're still working
Some parts aren't fully accessible yet:
- dragging visits on the calendar has a keyboard-friendly alternative (open the visit and edit its time), but no keyboard drag;
- the animated route preview on the map is visual only. The same stops and times are listed beside it.
Tell us about a problem
If something is hard to use, email hello@bloomlystudios.com or call 7324849752. Tell us the page and what happened. We'll respond within two business days and work with you on a fix or another way to get what you need.
