Acceptable Use Policy
Effective 2026-10-08 · Part of the Terms of Service
Bloomly is for running a lawful local business. To keep it safe and reliable for everyone, you agree not to use our websites, dashboard or call answering to do any of the following.
1. Unlawful or harmful activity
- Break any law, or help someone else do so.
- Advertise or sell illegal goods or services, or make false or misleading claims about your business, licenses, prices or reviews.
- Harass, threaten, discriminate against or defraud anyone.
- Post content you don't have the rights to, or content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates someone's privacy.
2. Messages and calls
- Text, call or email people who haven't agreed to hear from you where the law requires consent, or ignore someone's request to stop.
- Send bulk, automated or marketing messages using contact details from Bloomly without the consent the law requires (including under the TCPA and CAN-SPAM).
- Record calls without the disclosures and consent the law requires.
3. Reviews
- Offer payments, discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews, ask only happy customers in a way that breaks a review site's rules, or post or buy fake reviews. Federal rules prohibit fake and incentivized reviews, and Google's policies do too.
- Pretend to be a customer or another business.
4. Data
- Enter Social Security numbers, full card or bank numbers, health or medical records, passwords or other highly sensitive data.
- Collect information about people for purposes unrelated to serving them as customers, or sell or share your customers' data in ways they haven't agreed to.
5. Security
- Try to get into another business's account or data, or test, probe or scan our systems without our written permission.
- Share your login, or let people use Bloomly who aren't part of your business.
- Upload malware, overload the service, or use automated tools to copy or scrape it.
- Copy, resell or reverse engineer Bloomly.
